Photo Questions

 

How do I take a good photo?

1. Make sure the lighting in the room is good so that you can see the details of the face clearly.
2. If you need to keep your pet’s face on the product, please hold a ball or something else to focus your pet’s attention.
3. A head-on shot is better. Make sure the full face is in the photo, including both ears as well as complete facial features.
4. The higher resolution of your photo, the better. Keep in mind that the photo will be scaled down, so some subtle features in the final product may not be as obvious.


What kind of file do you accept?

We accept JPEG and BMP files. If your files are in another format, you will have to open your images in an image editing program like Adobe Photoshop and re-save them in a supported format.


Do you cut the face in the photo for me?

We will cut out the face for you according to our  model product! Or you can message all your requirements when you place the order, we can do it according to your requirements. Just send us a high quality photo and we'll do the rest!

If your pet or the person in the photo has an accessory, hat, or collar that you want to keep (or remove), please include these details in the Ordering Information.


How many faces can I print on a product?

We recommenced that you’d better to upload the picture with same quantity of face according to our model product.

Or you can upload the picture with more than one face, and message the face you need to keep on the product when you place your order.

If you need more faces to be kept on the product, please contact us in advance by email to mybestboxer@hotmail.com.

 

What resolution is required?

The higher the resolution, the better the quality. On the other hand, the lower the resolution the smaller the resulting file size.

 

Can I have a black & white image printed?

Yes, absolutely. If you provide us with a black & white image, it will be printed in black & white. 

 

Can I see a preview of how my product will look?

Unfortunately, because our designers have to manually cut out your image and crop the face you provide, we're not able to provide this feature.

Rest assured, if there is any problem with your photo, we will send you an e-mail to request a new photo!

 

 

 

Product Questions

 

Where is your shop based?

We're an online shop that uses the E-Commerce platform Shopify to sell physical products to all over the world. We use three fulfillment locations in CN, USA and AU to produce and ship the products we sell. Although our products are coming from different locations, the quality is outstanding.

 

What resolution is required?

The higher the resolution, the better the quality. On the other hand, the lower the resolution the smaller the resulting file size.

 

Can I have a black & white image printed?

Yes, absolutely. If you provide us with a black & white image, it will be printed in black & white. 

 

How should I wash my products?

We suggest to wash our products inside out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Use a mild detergent and avoid using fabric softener will allow for longer lasting results.

 

Will the ink crack over time?

We use a process called sublimation which means the product itself is dyed. This means you will never feel any ink or cracking on our products. But due to different personal washing methods, the color may have different degrees of lightening.

How long will it take to get my order?

Currently, our production time is about 1-5 business days. An average delivery time of about 3-15 business days.

Tips: As the impact of COVID-19, the delivery may be delayed according to the local epidemic situation and government policies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. Our production time will be the same. However, shipping costs and delivery time depends on where the order needs to ship.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

PaypalVerify. We take steps to ensure the safety of our website and the payment. We use the highest industry standards to protect our website and payment processes.

PayPal in full compliance with the PCI standards and certification can deal with payment. All your data on our website is encrypted through SSL.

 

Where can I track my parcel?

1. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email (when you added an email) or receive a Shipping Confirmation SMS (when you only added a phone number)from us with your tracking number in it.

If you click the logistics link and find that the network is blank, please enter the tracking number to search.

It's common that you can not track the detailed shipping information soon when your parcel has been sent. Because it will take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update online. Don't worry if no updates are showing to begin with, check back in a few days, have any question please feel free to contact us (mybestboxer@hotmail.com).

2. In another way, you can email us with your order number, we can help you check the shipping information of your order.

 

Tracking says my parcel has been delivered but I've not received it?

Sometimes parcels will be delivered to a neighbor's house next door accidentally,  or left at the local post office. If this incident unfortunately happens to you, please kindly ask for your neighbor to check if your package is in there, or contact with local post office immediately to check the location of your parcel. Please note our shipping partner (Royal Mail) are able to inform us of the exact whereabouts and time of each parcel when it arrives at a destination. If the evidence shows that a parcel was delivered successfully, but the customer states otherwise, we will try our best to come to a mutual agreement.

 

 

Return & Refund Question

 

Can the order information be changed?

If you want to modify your order information within 24 hours after purchase, it will be free; additional 25% charges will occur if you change order information(such as size, image, design, pattern) after 24 hours.

Since each of our products is unique and made just for you, please double check your order info before placing an order. Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that will immediately go into production and there is no window to make further changes.

The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out. If you need to change the shipping address, please send an email to mybestboxer@hotmail.com with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to.

Can damaged/misprinted items be replaced?

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please send us an email (mybestboxer@hotmail.com) with a picture of your item and order number and kindly explain the problem. Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 3 months from your original order date. After this 3 month period, Mybestboxer is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer reprints at no charge. Please send us an email (mybestboxer@hotmail.com) with a picture of your item and order number and kindly explain the problem. 

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be customized on your item. If the incorrect size, color or image is selected and sent out to you, MybestBoxer is not responsible for replacing these items.

 

How to deal with product image disclaimer?

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.

 

what to do if the packages are lost?

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait two weeks before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.

 

What is the cancellations/returns/refund policy?

Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 24 hours.

Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of personalized items there is a 25% customization fee. The customization fee applies after 24 hours has passed and is non refundable.

Each order comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you received any broken items or you not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email (mybestboxer@hotmail.com) with a picture of your item and order number and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request.

Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.

MybestBoxer cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely. 

For returns and replacements, If we sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, the personalized info is different from you provided to Mybestboxer , we can reship the order or item(s) for free; No customization fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please kindly allow us to take 3 business days to process your refund. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 3 business days. Any refund will be returned to your credit card in the original path.
